Our instructors and members come together as a community to offer support and encouragement to each other. At the end of May 2016, our facility will no longer offer the cardio equipment, strength machines, and weights. We will continue to offer all of the fitness classes that are currently on the schedule (with the exception of 3 classes) and will be adding more once our new program begins! May 27th, 2016 will be the last day for the cardio equipment, strength machines, and weights in the front part of the facility. Effective May 28th, 2016 our program and facility will be “classes” only.
Fitness for Women will continue to offer over 30 classes a week, childcare, and continue to be a great place to enhance physical health at a woman’s only facility! We look forward to working out with you!
